About the Role

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a seasoned professional to join its FVF (Fruits, Vegetables and other Food) Team as an Account Manager. This key position will be responsible for driving business development and sales activities for key global and local food End-users and OEMs in China.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted company account plans to drive revenue growth and qualitative milestones.
  • Maintain responsibility for revenue objectives at key accounts and ensure alignment with qualitative milestones.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in technical and economical functions at key accounts/plants in China.
  • Structure creative business packages that tie Intralox's strengths and value propositions with customer needs.
  • Regularly visit customer plants and corporate sites to understand production realities, identify opportunities, and introduce products, services, and solutions.
  • Drive account analysis to strengthen the value proposition/offer to accounts.
  • Embrace team-based selling and self-management principles to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in engineering combined with business education.
  • 4+ years of international B2B sales experience, with a focus on technologies and solutions in the food industry.
  • Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Proven track record in large account management.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with objective critical thinking capabilities.
  • Energetic and well-organized individual with strong team player skills.
