Chemistry Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemistry Account Manager II to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned region
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer success and drive business growth
- Utilize CRM, Service Plan, and Quotation system to manage customer interactions and improve sales processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of Liquid Chromatography and Sample Preparation
- Action-oriented and results-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within designated territory, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
