Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for devising long-term strategies for product categories, analyzing data and insights to identify category trends and seller needs, and maximizing category performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of issues affecting seller business performance and provide valuable insights to inform product development and process improvement.
  • Analyze category trends, diagnose root causes of performance issues, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
  • Identify key business opportunities for the territory and develop growth plans to drive results.
  • Develop and implement strategies for category development and track progress to deliver results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles is a plus.
