About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Sales Specialist to join our Product Sales team at Philips. As a key member of our CT commercial team, you will play a significant role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales support to further grow Philips CT business and help potential customers better understand product features and benefits.
  • Support sales in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product expertise.
  • Participate in defining and controlling the implementation of business policy, pricing strategy, and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region.
  • Work together with sales to implement marketing and sales plans, including business partner/sales training, selling strategy alignment, reference sites, KOL, promotion activities, and customer experience management.
  • Assist sales with customer presentations, specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition.
  • Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product/modality, and support where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation.
  • Support the Account Managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals, including balanced selling and BG/BIU AOP attainment and validating product forecasts.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting on a monthly basis via accurate lead and opportunity management.
  • Monitor competition and changes in the industry, and provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations, including suggestions for expanding product offerings.
  • Drive continuous improvements via Lean Key Performance Indicators.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science or Engineering Technology, sales and marketing experience, strong leadership skills, excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up skills, and proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment.
