Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet business targets by accessing and developing channels, executing business plans, and increasing sales performance.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews and create a business plan for the next week.
  • Implement channel training plans and promotional activities to expand business channels and increase sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with channel partners.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain and ensure timely collection of insurance premiums from clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least one year of sales experience (excellent graduates may be considered with some flexibility), preferably with experience in insurance marketing planning, training, or cross-selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Good writing skills, with the ability to edit H5 content and short videos (ideal candidate).
  • Hardworking, able to withstand pressure.
  • High energy, open-minded, and strong execution skills.
