Digital Business Development Senior Manager

As a key member of the Bosch team, you will lead the Digital Business Sales team to drive online business growth and achieve sales targets. Your expertise in developing online business models and strategies will be crucial in ensuring the success of our e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online business models and strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Lead the Digital Business Sales team to ensure solid turnover and meet long-term and short-term sales targets.
- Initiate activities to ensure Bosch's leading advantage in online platforms, including product listing, display, and retail sales.
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication with headquarters and individual stores to achieve smooth cooperation with key customers.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Sales and Marketing, Business, Trade, Mechanics, or E-commerce.
- At least 5 years of experience in online sales, with a proven track record of leading teams in complex business situations.
- Strong business sense and overview, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Good English skills (written and oral), preferably CET 4 or above, and local native speaker (Mandarin) with profound knowledge and experience of the Chinese e-commerce market.
