About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our Regional Business Development function, responsible for promoting and expanding our Low Voltage Motor business in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Analyzing sales data and market research to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development. You will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth, building strong relationships, and staying ahead of the competition. You will also have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in the industrial automation or electrical motor industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market research to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
