Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Unit eDealer Touchpoint Manager Associate to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for our online marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Develop and create high-quality content to support our Sales & Marketing activities, with a focus on the global Business Unit strategy and aligned with the AA regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Content Prioritization: Prioritize content creation and adaptation to ensure timely and effective delivery of content to our target audience.
  • Product Content Creation: Create and optimize content for new products and campaigns, including product page listings, product specifications, selling points, visuals, short videos, and translations.
  • Content Maintenance: Maintain and update existing listings, including product information, new/corrected content, variants, bundle listings, and data cleanup, and timely update to relevant stakeholders and team.
  • Premium Content Creation: Create premium and local content as per Company's branding guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Track sales and traffic, summarize insights and learnings, and support data-driven decisions for online activities.
  • Reporting: Monitor KPIs regarding content and campaign performance and provide regular reports to the leadership team on ROI of implemented content.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in content marketing, e-commerce marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Above 3 years of experience in online marketing focused on working with e-com partners/platforms.
  • Skills: Strong content excellence, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, globally and locally.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, product listing optimization, conversion rate optimization, social media landscape in AA, and livestreaming channels.
  • Product Knowledge: Eager to learn about products and take ownership.
  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with the consumer goods industry is a must, and experience in the online retail landscape for key marketplaces in AA is a plus.
  • Power Tools Industry Experience: Knowledge and experience with the power tools industry and Amazon business is a plus.
