Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Determine the most suitable room type for each guest based on their needs and preferences.
  • Verify room availability and rates, ensuring accurate and transparent communication with guests.
  • Explain hotel policies, including guarantees, special rates, and cancellation procedures, to ensure guests understand their obligations.
  • Accommodate and document special requests, such as extra pillows or late check-out times.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel reservation systems and software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
