Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to increase sales of Ferrero products in the assigned territory through strategic distribution development. This involves mastering the Ferrero sales call process, ensuring sales targets are met, and delivering company strategies to assigned wholesalers and general stores.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers and general stores;
    • Ensure achievement of sales targets and active store targets;
    • Implement Ferrero guidelines for sales, distribution, shelf display, and freshness;
    • Negotiate with wholesalers and general stores according to company guidelines;
    • Manage warehouse stock and stock counting;
    • Solve problems and build constructive relationships with wholesalers and general stores.
  • Additional Tasks:
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager or company.
Requirements
  • College degree or above, with familiarity with MS Office;
  • Experience in wholesaler management and DSR management;
  • Solid sales technique, good communication skills, and strong negotiation ability;
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
