About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gaming China Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Gaming Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading market trends, competition, business, and opportunities analysis, kick-off projects, and strategy planning for near- and long-term products, experiences, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the alignment on China for China gaming roadmap planning, PIPO Planning, and GTM strategies in partnership with the China Sales & Marketing teams, and the Global Gaming Business Unit.
  • Drive near-term and long-range financial planning, profitability optimization, and business model exploration.
  • Manage NPI business cases and financials alignment, and streamline China for China NPI process.
  • Partner and work across operations, engineering, design, sales, and finance to ensure excellence in execution.
Requirements
  • Consumer Electronics or PC industry experience with China Focus insights.
  • China Gaming market experience is preferred.
  • Track record in a fast-growth business environment with product solutions designed for China.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurship that encompasses taking calculated risks, driving quick wins, and building an agile culture.
  • Ability to operate and lead cross-functional teams (Locally and Globally).
  • The ability to interact with high-level contacts, both internal and external to the company is required.
  • Ensure the right balance between pragmatism and quality in product development.
