**About the Role**

eChinaCareers is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mathematics teacher to join our team at an international school in Shanghai. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching mathematics to high school students and contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Teach the subject of Math to high school students utilizing the AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience.
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum.
  • Student Progress and Feedback: Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve.
  • Parent Communication: Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers.
  • Learning Environment: Develop supportive and safe learning environments.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in the Math subject, Teaching certificate, Two or more years teaching experience in Math in higher education.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communications skills.

  • Salary: The annual salary range is 22-26w RMB.
