Job Title: Assistant Administration Manager, Broker

Reporting directly to the Chief Administration Officer, this role is not client-facing and does not involve managing portfolios. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of financial budgeting, admin management, communication, staff engagement, and people management processes within the business area they will be located in. Key responsibilities may include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area objectives
  • Participating in business planning activities, including financial, technological, and resource planning
  • Monitoring daily operation status, operation processes, and department costs
  • Office admin policy management, issue communication, and problem resolution
  • Physical security rule and daily access right management
  • Facility Management on-site team performance management, including head office and all branches
  • Organizing staff engagement activities and internal events
  • Entity level payment handling and cost control
  • Entity level fixed asset management
  • Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent
  • 5+ years of work experience in financial industry operational management and business analysis
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated strong coordination capability
  • Focus on detail and consistency
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Matured personalities and ability to work under pressure
