As a Senior Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, you will leverage your expertise in consumer research to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with global topic leads and colleagues across the firm to deliver value to clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement research strategies to address client problems and opportunities
• Collaborate with case teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client needs
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property and assets for the business
• Support the commercialization of knowledge and insights through proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or market research
• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
