  • You will oversee the comprehensive execution of projects, ensuring outcomes align with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints, adhering to contractual obligations and organizational guidelines from project initiation to the successful attainment of the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC).
  • Your role includes managing the Project Execution Team effectively.
  • The Project Manager and the Commercial Project Manager share joint accountability for the project's financial performance.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and managing risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, serving as the main point of contact for clients and company leadership regarding project matters.
  • You will lead the Project Execution Team and facilitate decision-making across departments concerning project-related issues.
  • It is essential to initiate and ensure the proper transfer and documentation of relevant contractual information to the Project Execution Team (including meetings, order documents, schedules, communication protocols, order variations, specifications, etc.).
  • You will conduct risk assessments and develop detailed project plans and reports.
  • Monitoring project progress concerning QHSE, timelines, and costs will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will implement and authorize modifications to contracts and the scope of supply, as well as approve significant deviations in design, schedule, and budget.
  • All invoices related to contracts will require your sign-off before any payments are processed.
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and company environments is crucial, as work scopes may shift during business model transformations.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with partners and proactively contributing ideas to enhance collaboration is vital.
What You Bring A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a multinational organization as a Project Manager.Familiarity with project management methodologies.A Bachelor's degree or higher in gas turbine/compressor/steam turbine or related mechanical fields.Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Project.Excellent communication, coordination, influence, and teamwork skills.A strong sense of accountability.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.IPMA certification or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
