About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Shangri-La as a Director of Corporate Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Provide sales training and coaching to team members to ensure sales excellence
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of sales success in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English (and local language) with strong writing and communication skills
