About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Shangri-La as a Director of Corporate Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Provide sales training and coaching to team members to ensure sales excellence
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of sales success in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English (and local language) with strong writing and communication skills
