Job Overview

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the assigned territory and customer base, cultivating and sustaining business leads and initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients and the broader network in the territory to enhance the company's market presence and influence purchasing decisions. Oversee monthly buy-in and sell-out targets for retailers.
  • Manage annual and monthly sales planning and promotional execution for distributors and retailers.
  • Coordinate and oversee cross-functional sales activities.
  • Engage in a transparent communication environment to ensure a consistent and improved customer buying experience.

Forecasting & Market Intelligence:

  • Deliver precise customer forecasts to support overall sales objectives.
  • Collect and analyze industry data and trends to inform short-term and long-term sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the territory.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as required by management.

Networking:

  • Enhance customer engagement across various channels.
  • Manage the Continental retailer network to meet quantity and quality development targets.
  • Understand retail commercial policies and apply them effectively within the territory.
  • Support sales target achievement by ensuring the performance of retail shops outside the distributor channel.
  • Identify business opportunities to establish new partnerships within and outside the network.

Project Management & Collaboration:

  • Implement company projects within the territory, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.
  • Assist in the design and execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain a structured project plan in a professional manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct local tire inspections in collaboration with the TCS department.
  • Participate in local new product launch activities.
  • Assist the Marketing department with local surveys and events.
  • Gather competitive market intelligence, including pricing and product information, through legal and appropriate means.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, commerce, or engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales.
  • Experience in a multinational company is advantageous; background in the auto aftermarket industry is preferred.
