Job Overview

Bosch is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving annual targets and driving business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual targets, including acquisition, PCR, special sales, and others.
  • Promote new products and innovations to secure sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Support internal organization on customer releases, high-level visits, and other business initiatives.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and long-term business targets from a sales perspective.
  • Lead the sales team in executing management decisions and requests, including RMI, ECI, LCI, and project cancellations.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in sales, preferably in the automotive tier I OE business.
  • Deep customer knowledge and network, with a strong understanding of customer organizations, internal processes, and key persons.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience at a foreign automotive parts company.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work under high pressure.
  • Excellent English, MS Office, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ownership, result-oriented, and target-driven individual.
