Sales Manager Leader

Bosch is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving annual targets and driving business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual targets, including acquisition, PCR, special sales, and others.
- Promote new products and innovations to secure sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Support internal organization on customer releases, high-level visits, and other business initiatives.
- Develop and execute annual sales plans and long-term business targets from a sales perspective.
- Lead the sales team in executing management decisions and requests, including RMI, ECI, LCI, and project cancellations.
- Leadership experience in sales, preferably in the automotive tier I OE business.
- Deep customer knowledge and network, with a strong understanding of customer organizations, internal processes, and key persons.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience at a foreign automotive parts company.
- Ability to travel frequently and work under high pressure.
- Excellent English, MS Office, and presentation skills.
- Strong ownership, result-oriented, and target-driven individual.
