Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Relationship Development Specialist to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing our Premier customer base and establishing long-term relationships with assigned clients. You will manage the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our Premier customer base
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Provide personalized service to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial and investment products
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A university-level education in finance, business, or a related field
  • Experience in client-facing environments with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services
  • Good understanding and strong interest in the financial markets
  • Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
