Siemens Mobility Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive growth and success in the railway industry.

About the Role:

  • This is a non-site position requiring regular presence at various customer sites in China.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with customers, Key Account Managers, Business Administration, engineering teams, and other support resources.
  • Understand the organizational structure of customers' businesses and Siemens service and sales support teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communication and interaction with internal sales, support, and service organizations.
  • End-to-end manage digital projects from engagement to delivery, supporting all aspects of service delivery and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify, document, and deliver desired client business outcomes in a Success Plan.
  • Build partnerships with client stakeholders at executive, technical, and administrative levels.
  • Be the 'Voice of the Customer' by understanding customer needs and values.
  • Influence potential customers to adopt digital products by delivering data-driven insights and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mobility, engineering, technology, or information technology with mobility background preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years professional customer success experience in supporting digital or IT delivery in mobility maintenance or operation.
  • Acts as advisor to customer management and business partners on asset management matters.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication both live and virtual.
  • Results-driven, action-oriented, and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs.
  • Strong organizational, time management, project management, and diagnostic skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS operations.

Compensation:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
