We are seeking an experienced and capable Field Application Engineer (FAE) Group Leader to lead our team of field application engineers in providing technical support and promoting our products in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage the FAE team, develop work plans, and allocate development, evaluate team performance, and implement performance management and improvements.
- Customer Projects and Relationship Management: Keep communication with customers to understand customer requirements and feedback, and enhance customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
- Distributor Technical Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coach team members and work closely with internal departments to bridge customer feedback and technical requirements, and aid in product development and improvement.
- Additional Responsibilities: Plan and execute global FAE training, ensure high-quality community moderation, and develop new ideas to access new applications.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of field application engineering experience in the semiconductor sensor industry, with a team leadership role experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of semiconductor sensor technology and Consumer Electronics market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams at various levels.
- Strong customer project management experience, problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration spirit.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
