Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in steering the department's strategic projects in alignment with overarching goals. The incumbent will oversee the execution of key initiatives, manage the optimization committee, and ensure effective project planning, proposal development, budgeting, and process management. Additionally, the role involves the incubation of significant national and innovative projects, advocating for access policies, and conducting insightful analyses. The individual will also support the formulation of strategies and designs for innovative client management projects.

Key Duties

  • Lead the organization and operation of the project optimization committee, ensuring that project planning, proposal development, and budget utilization are effectively managed. Establish and refine tracking management processes and evaluation reporting systems to monitor implementation progress, address issues, and regularly update on activity execution and budget management. This ensures alignment with project objectives and strategies, and generates insights based on project outcomes.
  • Advocate for access policies and oversee the coordination of policy data projects. Monitor and analyze macro and key healthcare policies, collaborating with policy teams and execution units to compile and update the implementation status of relevant policies nationwide. Analyze the effects and impacts of policy implementation and assist in developing advocacy strategies and action plans.
  • Design and manage daily client management projects and innovative optimization initiatives, creating coverage plans for key clients, tracking progress, and providing relevant reports to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate resources and projects across teams to support the execution of key product and access policy advocacy strategies at both national and local levels. Assist in the development of innovative projects and activities, enhancing coordination and overall system improvement among product access, policy advocacy, project planning, and client engagement efforts.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with at least 2 years focused on access-related roles.
  • An advanced degree (master's preferred) in relevant fields such as medicine, health policy, economics, or management.
  • Expertise in project management and implementation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong presentation skills.
