Position Overview
Core Responsibilities
In alignment with departmental objectives and strategies, you will oversee the planning and execution of key strategic projects, manage the operations of the project optimization committee, and handle project planning, proposal development, budgeting, and process management. You will also be responsible for the incubation of significant national projects and innovative initiatives, while advocating for access policies and conducting insightful analyses. Additionally, you will assist in the strategic formulation and execution support of innovative projects for client management.
Key Duties
- Lead the organization and operation of the project optimization committee, ensuring alignment with departmental goals, managing project planning, proposal development, and budget utilization. Establish and refine tracking management processes and evaluation reporting systems, monitor implementation progress, coordinate problem resolution, and regularly update on activity execution and budget management to ensure project objectives are closely aligned with strategies, providing insights based on project outcomes.
- Advocate for access policies and monitor key departmental policy data projects. Analyze macro and critical healthcare policies, collaborating with policy teams and execution teams to regularly compile and update the execution status of relevant policies nationwide, while assessing the impact and effectiveness of policy implementation. Assist in formulating advocacy strategies and action plans for central and regional teams.
- Design and manage daily client management projects and innovative optimization initiatives for key clients, developing project coverage plans, tracking progress, and providing relevant reports to support decision-making for client interactions.
- Coordinate cross-team resources and projects to support the execution of key product and access policy advocacy strategies at national and local levels, while assisting in the development of innovative projects and activities to enhance coordination and overall system improvement in product access, policy advocacy, project planning, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with at least 2 years focused on access-related roles.
- Advanced degree (master's preferred) in relevant fields such as medicine, health policy, economics, or management.
- Experience in project management and implementation is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation skills.
