- Monitor and analyze healthcare policy trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing recommendations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement customer-facing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in access program management.
- Advanced degree (master's preferred) in a relevant field such as medicine, health policy, economics, or management.
- Project management and implementation expertise, with a focus on healthcare policy and access program management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language skills - proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
