About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Innomotics Large Drives (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including data center facilities, network services, and cloud resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper operational service deliveries and service qualities from internal and external resources for Innomotics China central IT infrastructure.
  • Manage on-going fulfillment of data backup and disaster recovery strategy and process.
  • Manage access control for the IT infrastructure.
  • Manage user access and user privilege management up to the OS level of IT infrastructure resources.
  • Ensure fulfillment of requirements from legal, compliance, and cybersecurity perspective for IT infrastructures.
  • Manage network services and small server rooms in small office sites/branches.
  • Support and coordinate with factory IT team to ensure IT infrastructure service deliveries and service qualities.
  • Play regional central IT infrastructure manager role, supporting and coordinating with factory IT teams for new IT infrastructure demands, projects, tasks, and changes.
  • Play project manager role for IT infrastructure roll-out topics/tasks/projects from global to region China.
  • Ensure smooth and transparent communication channels between Innomotics headquarters IT community and region China IT community.
  • Work together with internal and external resources to offer in-time and in-quality management of IT infrastructure relevant incidents and problems.
  • Be responsible for IT infrastructure downtime process management.
  • Be responsible for IT infrastructure budget, cost, and vendor management.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or above, experience in IT infrastructure and data center design, setup, and operation management, network design, setup, and operation management, cybersecurity process setup and operations, cloud IaaS services, and fluent English and Chinese.
