Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and/or enterprise-level IT consulting.
  • A strong growth mindset, eager to tackle challenging customer issues.
  • Proven ability to lead, establish trust, and maintain high credibility across all organizational levels.
  • Industry knowledge and the capability to make confident recommendations to C-level executives and business decision-makers.
  • A bachelor's degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Required Profile Capabilities & Behaviors:

  • Sales Achiever – Demonstrated history of delivering results by understanding digital transformation drivers and customer priorities. Identify new opportunities and assist clients in accelerating their transition to the digital age for their benefit and that of their customers.
  • Digital Transformation Advocate - Anticipate market shifts to drive industry-relevant solutions for clients, influencing business decision-makers and IT decision-makers, building trust with stakeholders, and translating Microsoft solutions into impactful business outcomes that expedite the customer's digital transformation.
  • Solution Seller - Recognize customer business challenges within their operations and articulate how Microsoft solutions, including industrial metaverse, AI, and intelligent cloud, can enhance customer outcomes, boost productivity, optimize workflows, and increase revenue.
  • Sales Challenger - Continuously expand industry and technical knowledge. Present innovative industry solutions, benchmarks, and references to C-level executives that enhance efficiencies, optimization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deal Orchestrator - Coordinate virtual selling teams and all Microsoft resources to maximize revenue opportunities. Lead and manage the entire sales cycle while leveraging repeatable offerings to accelerate and secure deals. Proven track record in leading large strategic negotiations.
  • Executive Presence – Capable of developing and sustaining relationships at the C-Level and above through relevance, industry expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Achieve consistent, repeatable revenue and consumption targets through disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
  • Utilize key business insights to elevate customer conversations and actions.
  • Provide world-class customer service by aligning customer objectives with actionable plans.
  • Deliver tangible solutions to clients that enhance efficiencies, reduce costs, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the Microsoft partnership.
