Your Responsibilities

  • Execute the sustainability strategy in alignment with divisional objectives and core company values.
  • Evaluate the environmental and social impacts of both the company and its clients, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and establish measurable goals focusing on business outcomes.
  • Guide partners and clients in crafting and refining their sustainability strategies, offering consultancy on renewable energy solutions and clean technology applications.
  • Integrate sustainability principles into our clients' business strategies, fostering new revenue streams and promoting a diversified approach with a focus on our sustainable product offerings.
  • Collaborate with various divisions to enhance sales enablement tools that effectively promote our low and zero-carbon solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key national contractors and stakeholders involved in the implementation of our sustainable solutions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our competitive advantages.
  • Regularly report on sustainability metrics, including carbon footprint and emissions, alongside product portfolio performance and market analysis.
  • Meet objectives set in collaboration with the business line manager and general manager within the designated segment.

Qualifications for Success

  • A university degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in technology, marketing, or sales within the compressor, construction, or engineering sectors.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
