Your Role

As an EC Account Supervisor, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets on Douyin. You'll leverage distributors and partners to execute daily sales operations, manage sell-in, sell-out, offtake, and inventory, and develop new channels for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Leverage distributors and partners to execute daily sales operations
  • Manage sell-in, sell-out, offtake, and inventory
  • Develop new channels for business expansion
  • Support brand building through new product launches and nurturing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1-3 years of working experience with at least 1 year in Ecommerce
  • Working experience in social platforms is preferred
  • Strong ownership and planning skills
  • Effective working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence internal and external partners
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
