Key Responsibilities:
- Execute leadership duties, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional growth through daily mentorship and staffing management.
- Market and advocate for a diverse range of products and services directly to both existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure that team objectives are established and achieved consistently.
- Update clients on the latest product and service offerings along with pricing structures.
- Develop, oversee, and adjust lead generation strategies to maintain a robust sales opportunity pipeline.
- Manage client accounts within a significant domestic territory or a select number of international accounts.
- Acknowledge as an authority within the organization regarding business operations, financial insights, product knowledge, market trends, and client needs.
- Direct a medium-sized sales team on a continuous basis.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, financial aspects, product offerings, market conditions, and client requirements; may assist in enhancing colleagues' knowledge and may be regarded as a specialist in a specific domain.
- Navigate complex or expansive territories/accounts, product/service offerings, and sales/account management processes; serve as the team leader.
- Hold the authority to establish and negotiate terms for products and services.
- Strategically plan personal territory or account management approaches and effectively allocate resources.
Required Qualifications:
- Generally, a degree in a relevant field along with pertinent professional experience.
