Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement strategic account plans and develop commercial proposals to meet annual objectives.

2. Track and report on customer interactions, including sales performance against budget, challenges, achievements, and upcoming opportunities such as tenders and negotiations.

3. Identify and evaluate potential business prospects, collaborating with Application & Technical Support to seize opportunities.

4. Maintain accurate forecasts for each customer, aligning their needs with our supply capabilities while optimizing inventory levels.

5. Target and cultivate new clients in the Nutrition sector, including Dairy, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition, in conjunction with the Nutrition, Plant-Based & Specialty Ingredients team.

6. Work with Sales Support Nutrition to manage contractual agreements and assess customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position.

2. Experience in life sciences, nutrition, or specialty food ingredients is preferred.

3. A solid understanding of Nutrition, Life Sciences, and Chemistry, with a desire to enhance technical knowledge of nutritional ingredients and the industry.

4. Skills in product development, project management, and negotiation.

5. Technical expertise in ingredients for infant nutrition or supplements is advantageous.
