APAC Sales Analytics and Process Development Specialist

About the RoleThis position will play a pivotal role in evaluating, developing, and executing advanced sales analytics tools, models, and processes to solve complex business problems and enable the sales organization in Sealed Air's APAC region. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to understand and integrate business needs into custom-built tools and models, focusing on territory/coverage optimization, segmentation, target/quota setting, and incentives modeling.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, implement, and train constituents on new enhanced analytics tools and processes that enable the sales teams of the APAC to meet business objectives and solve complex business problems.
- Partner with APAC Sales and Commercial teams to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to harmonize, create, and execute scalable sales planning models and tools related to Territory and Coverage Optimization, Segmentation, Target and Quota Setting Cascade, and Incentive Compensation What-If Modeling.
- Work with Sales and Commercial teams to sustain and further Sales Analytics execution, including analytics and insight-driving dashboards related to sales growth, sales performance management, pipeline dynamics, strategic accounts, and incentive performance/impact.
- Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise in CRM and other sales enablement systems, continuously improving knowledge and best practices in the APAC.
- Support ad hoc analytical requests from leadership and the APAC Sales Operations team, including corporate initiatives such as CRM, Sales PM, and Planning/Modeling.
- Continuously maintain and optimize APAC Sales analyses based on feedback and an ever-changing business landscape, refreshing data sets to meet stakeholder needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant business field.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of professional experience in sales or sales operations, with strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Experience manipulating data for visualization, analysis, insight generation, and creating actionable recommendations.
- Experience in Sales, Revenue, and Compensation analyses and modeling.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
