At Danfoss, we are seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for building a negotiation pipeline, managing quota allocation, and initiating resourcing projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supplier strategies, considering supplier performance, contracting, and risk.
- Negotiate FWA, pricing, and surcharge agreements.
- Monitor financial risk and risk event tracker based on external market intelligence.
- Monitor and improve supplier compliance with FWA, CoC, and ISO/IATF requirements.
- Identify new suppliers and monitor technology trends.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3-5 years of category management experience.
- Procurement process knowledge and ISO/IATF requirements for Category Mgt.
- Strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Communication and presentation skills, with English as the working language.
