Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with OPS supervisors to optimize cargo and documentation processes
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, taking the lead to handle complex cases
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce operating costs and improve service quality
  • Work closely with the implementation team to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes to maintain high-level services for our clients

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in logistics management
  • Proven track record in process coordination, re-engineering, and performance improvement
  • Familiarity with customs affairs, especially bonded customs
  • Experience with railway operations is a plus
  • Strong customer focus and ability to handle conflict and ambiguity
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
