About Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities within the site or across business units, removing organizational barriers for continuous improvement processes, and driving site layout and flow process improvements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Develop a deep understanding of Lean Sigma philosophy and methods, as demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas.

Analyze and identify projects that can eliminate non-value-added activities and create value for our customers.

Drive change and bring breakthrough improvements to our business.

Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership.

Train, educate, and mentor others in the organization on Lean/Sigma principles.

Qualifications

5 years of manufacturing experience (technical and/or manufacturing).

Proven leadership, communication, and coordination skills – able to influence and motivate others.

High passion for excellence, and strong execution for action.

Excellent project management skills.

Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner.

Effective interpersonal skills of dealing with people at various levels and at various functions.

Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change.

Strong analysis capability and strong statistical background.

Strict thinking skills.

Solid understanding of business issues, metrics, and customer value.

Effective English written skills and fundamental oral English.

Leadership to drive other team members and provide the right direction.
