CMPT Account Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing account strategies to meet business targets
- Understanding customer technology trends, competitive environment, and strategic customer needs
- Effectively utilizing available tools to build customer relationships in line with account plans
- Developing strong multi-functional account teams to effectively interface with customers
- Promoting DuPont processes and securing trials of new materials and supporting existing product sales
- Effectively negotiating supply contracts
- Managing customer pricing strategically in line with business goals
- Delivering a high level of service to customers - effectively resolving any quality or service issues that arise
- Working with customers to define un-met needs
- Developing sales projects around commercial and developmental opportunities
- Entering and tracking opportunities using the CRM tool
- Successfully converting opportunities leading to sales growth
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, sales, ATC, and manufacturing
- Responsible for demand plan and sales forecast accuracy

Role-specific requirements:
- BS degree required. MS highly desirable. Degree should be in engineering or science field.
- 5 years Semiconductor Industry experience preferred. Experience in Silicon wafer industry is a plus.
- General knowledge of IC fabrication operations beneficial.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time, some international travel.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to large groups and answer technical questions from experts in the CMP field.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization especially during customer interfacing situations.
- Self-starter, works well with minimal supervision.
- Motivated individual with ability to manage long (1-2 years) sales cycles before closing.
- High safety awareness and demonstrated personal safety engagement are required.
