About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Consultant to join our team at Arcadis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on environmental issues related to our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain experience and proficiency in Arcadis systems and procedures, including staying up-to-date with relevant environmental legislation, policy, and guidance.
  • Become familiar with Arcadis safety procedures to promote a culture of safety first and ensure H&S issues are adhered to in your day-to-day role.
  • Analyze data effectively and undertake desk-based studies and site visits and site-based works, when required.
  • Conduct Phase I and Phase II Assessments, including site investigations, soil and rock logging, soil and groundwater sampling, and in situ testing.
  • Complete project documents to a high standard in accordance with project timescales and budget, client requirements, national standards, and codes of practice, and support senior colleagues as needed.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior resources and be the key lead field resource.
