Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. AIIB provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid leave.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Communications Specialist for International Development, you will support the planning and execution of high-impact communication initiatives to enhance AIIB's reputation, visibility, and brand equity. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Implementation: Plan and execute integrated communications campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging and objectives.
- Content Development: Research and draft compelling content in various formats, including media materials, social posts, website content, newsletters, and executive communications.
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update content calendars across multiple channels, coordinate with stakeholders, track development status, and manage approval processes.
- Media Support: Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders, coordinating interviews, providing logistical support for media engagement at events, and ensuring that the media has accurate information to cover AIIB's initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, political science, economics/finance, international relations, public affairs, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in campaign/content development and/or communications/media relations within the public or private sector.
- Strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of how content creation and dissemination align with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in written and verbal English, and knowledge of additional languages spoken in AIIB member countries is an advantage.
