Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Manage large key accounts, establishing strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for growth and development
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- 7+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the auto aftermarket industry
- Proven track record of success in managing large key accounts and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing
