Principal Consultant

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering LNRS solutions to clients in banking, insurance, and fortune 1000s, building strong relationships and acting as a liaison between the internal product team and client departments. You will help clients understand our compliance and risk software solutions and integrate them into their systems infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in on-premise implementation, providing technical and functional advice
- Provide guidance on compliance and risk regulations, systems, and processes
- Analyze client business activities and processes to improve efficiency and compliance using LNRS products
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and recommend solutions
- Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
- Ensure project data integrity, including extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis
- Customize solutions and train end users, administrators, and technical teams
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a technology-based discipline
- Experience in data analysis or technical roles involving product support and implementation
- Knowledge of AML/KYC, financial-crime compliance, sanctions screening, and transaction-screening/monitoring
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Strong organizational skills and prioritization
- Technical capabilities in Unix and Windows Operating Systems, RDBMS, SQL, and Application Servers Deployment
