Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality Engineer to join our team at Antolin China. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects, from APQP status monitoring to final acceptance assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update APQP/e-APQP reports monthly to ensure timely completion of internal/external customer requirements.
- Develop and implement C/F development plans, including design concept review and final acceptance assessment.
- Conduct DV/PV tests, including test item confirmation and root cause analysis for failed tests.
- Prepare and maintain CONTROL PLAN documents to ensure accurate and effective production process control.
- Participate in trial production, monitor sample quality, and escalate defects timely.
- Manage customer complaints, respond promptly, and prepare 8D reports if necessary.
- Collect and review PPAP documentation to ensure timely completion.
- Manage personal budget and assist in task completion from N+1 level/support quotation/support plant.
Requirements:
- Industrial Technical Engineering / Industrial Degree or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience in the Automotive sector in a position equivalent to this role.
- Excellent communication skills.
