Job Summary

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled Market Access Manager to support the development and implementation of market access plans for innovative products in China. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical industry, project management, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support commercial strategy development and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate and define product and market opportunity, and forecast the impact on overall business.
  • Cultivate external opinion leader relationships and establish necessary professional relationships with government authorities and external contacts.
  • Develop and implement market access plans to bring innovative products to China at fast speed.
  • Lead projects and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of processes.
  • Develop recommendations for portfolio prioritization and investment, and leverage and influence various stakeholders to ensure successful team deliverables.
  • Coordinate with regional Market and maximize New Product opportunity for China, engaging with global teams to understand product priorities, global strategy, and regional trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Product management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, strong execution, and strong communication skills.
  • Track record of working collaboratively across functions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
