Your Role

Molex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Molex's presence in the automotive market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including automotive OEMs and tier 1 suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise to customers, including product application and technical specification.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market and customer needs.
  • Work closely with Molex's BDM and PM teams to develop and implement new product and solution strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and new application requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • College degree or above in a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, FAE, or engineering in the electronic industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing key customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Frequency business travel.
