Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in service sales revenue, focusing on heavy machinery spare parts, service products, and upgrade projects.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, providing tailored service solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our service sales portfolio.
  • Establish and track sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Execute sales plans assigned by direct managers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, service sales, or related fields within the heavy machinery industry.
  • Prior experience in the industry is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong English language skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Results-driven, sales-focused mindset.
  • Positive attitude and self-confidence.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
