Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Assist in recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Support employee engagement, performance evaluations, and maintaining employee records.
    • Assist with benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
  • HR Policy & Compliance:
    • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Help ensure legal compliance in all HR matters and maintain HR data systems.
  • HR Projects & Events:
    • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and wellness programs
    • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and company events to foster a collaborative culture
