HR & Talent Development Intern – Bali-Based
Description:EX Venture is a rapidly growing company focused on developing cutting-edge technology solutions in the clean energy and sustainability sectors. As we expand our team, we're excited to offer a unique opportunity for an HR Intern to join our Bali campus, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Support employee engagement, performance evaluations, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
- HR Policy & Compliance:
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help ensure legal compliance in all HR matters and maintain HR data systems.
- HR Projects & Events:
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and wellness programs
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and company events to foster a collaborative culture
As an intern at EX Venture, you'll gain valuable experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while contributing to a global mission in clean energy and sustainability. Our internship program offers:
