Medical Consultant - Respiratory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Consultant to join our Respiratory team. As a Medical Consultant, you will provide expert scientific support to our business partners, ensuring the safe and effective use of our medicines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to address their information needs and gain insights that inform our medical and research strategies.
  • Delivering on-label scientific information at group meetings and identifying external experts who can provide valuable insights.
  • Gathering medical voice of customer and unmet medical needs from healthcare professionals and generating medical insights that inform our product development.
  • Chairing and facilitating meetings, as well as presenting as an internal expert.
  • Responding to unsolicited requests for information or safety concerns from healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting clinical development activities by participating in site identification and assessment, addressing subject retention and other scientific issues.
  • Implementing effective Medical Affairs planning in collaboration with others in Medical Affairs.
  • Acting as a trainer and medical/scientific expert for our sales representatives.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of experience as a medical science liaison
  • Three years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or medical research
  • Experience interpreting and communicating scientific data and statistics

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master's degree in Science, PhD or MD
  • Knowledge of life sciences field (pharmacology, biology, clinical, specified disease/therapeutic area)
  • Knowledge of Clinical development process and statistics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
