About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our industrial control systems. We are seeking an experienced ICS/OT Security Engineer to join our manufacturing strategy team.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring ICS/OT networks and systems across various regions. You will work closely with site operations and maintenance personnel to ensure optimal performance and security posture. Key responsibilities include infrastructure maintenance, system management, project management, and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of system design documentation and asset inventories of the site ICS/OT environment
  • Supporting the administration of virtual environments, including host hardware, hypervisor, and virtual machines
  • Coordinating and assisting with backup and recovery processes
  • Providing technical maintenance of ICS/OT systems pertaining to network infrastructure and endpoint management
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting endpoint & anti-virus solutions within OT/ICS environments
  • Assisting in application patching and upgrades
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting OT network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT and OT system administration, development, and maintenance
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) in critical manufacturing
  • Knowledge of typical ICS Operational technology components
  • Familiarity with IEC-62433 and all other industrial cybersecurity standards
  • Knowledge of the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture
  • Experience leading, coordinating, or managing projects
  • Experience in the usage and maintenance of Process Data Historian (AspenTech IP21)
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
