Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join Marriott International as a Front Office Manager. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Guest Services and Front Desk Goals:
  • Manage the front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, and meet financial targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, reduce wait times, and increase revenue.
  • Solicit feedback from guests and employees to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Serving as a Role Model:
  • Supervise and manage front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service, adhering to company policies, and meeting performance expectations.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Managing Projects and Policies:
  • Implement customer recognition programs, train staff on credit policies and procedures, and monitor adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and laws, including those related to employee relations, safety, and security.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The estimated salary range is based on industry standards, job requirements, and location factors. This is a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in front office management or a related role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
