Sr. Account Manager

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sr. Account Manager in the CBTD department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development and sales growth in assigned PA territory as a territory account manager.
  • Collaborate closely with territory sales managers to execute sales plans and achieve results.
  • Promote KPI management and business expansion among distributors and retail shops.
  • Leverage relationships with OEM and PDI customers to increase market penetration.
  • Prepare and execute new product launches to reach commercialization targets in the territory.
  • Conduct market research and segment analysis to understand customer needs.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with supervisors and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in multinational companies, OEM KA, PDI sales backgrounds.
  • Innovative thinking, excellent analytical and selling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
