Sr. Account Manager
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sr. Account Manager in the CBTD department.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business development and sales growth in assigned PA territory as a territory account manager.
- Collaborate closely with territory sales managers to execute sales plans and achieve results.
- Promote KPI management and business expansion among distributors and retail shops.
- Leverage relationships with OEM and PDI customers to increase market penetration.
- Prepare and execute new product launches to reach commercialization targets in the territory.
- Conduct market research and segment analysis to understand customer needs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with supervisors and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in multinational companies, OEM KA, PDI sales backgrounds.
- Innovative thinking, excellent analytical and selling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and oral).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
