About the Role


As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic inventory management across various channels. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations, maximizing productivity, and achieving top-line sales.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement effective all-season forecasting strategies to optimize stock sharing across Franchise & Wholesale, Own Retail, eCommerce, and outlets.
  • Deliver actionable insights on product and category performance, including net sales, best sellers, margins, and stock-turn.
  • Estimate event inventory needs by channel and bucket to ensure sufficient stock levels for sales targets.
  • Promote efficient re-order and speed-order discussions for all channels.
  • Monitor returns and provide input for Franchise take-back initiatives.


All-Season Operations Management



  • Collaborate with buying teams and channel operation teams to align on product publishing, hard launch, hype launch execution, and monitoring.
  • Provide support to allocation teams.
  • Establish effective communication channels with store operation teams and SCM to manage masking products and shipping priorities.


Requirements



  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to complex technical, operational, and business issues.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and actionable process frameworks for internal clients and influence their adoption of in-season trading practices.
  • Fully collaborative team player able to work effectively cross-functionally, with peers, and across a matrix structure.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external clients, vendors, and stakeholders in English and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering result-driven recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supervisory roles within retail merchandising or related environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or quantitative fields.


Educational Background and Experience


We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a quantitative field and at least 6 years of experience in supervisory roles within retail merchandising or related environments.



Compensation Package


This position comes with an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
