Job Title: Digital Account Executive

At Digital Luxury Group, DLG SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Executive to join our team. As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing digital projects in partnership with the Account Service and Creative Teams, for a range of leading luxury brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Account Manager and project team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through communication and participation in client meetings.
  • Coordinate and carry out daily operation of social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED and other mainstream social media platforms), helping to facilitate on-time delivery.
  • Accurately understand clients' requirement and feedback, and effectively communicate to the internal Creative Team to ensure efficient communication between the two parties.
  • Keep up to date on changing digital landscape as it pertains to client digital activities, and paying attention to the Internet Ads Compliance Guidelines.
  • Skilled use of PPT, Excel and other tools to create and maintain databases and digital marketing performance tables, tracking, recording and reporting changes in client's competitive landscape.
  • Creation of client presentations and reports to best equip the Account Service Team for client meetings.
  • Assist in community management on social platforms, spotting and solving emerging problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant agency 's internship experience, ideally with digital focus.
  • Ability to understand client brief and feedback on content posting, and clearly brief the requirement and feedback to the creative team.
  • Familiar with third-party social media design layout software (Xiumi, E2, etc.).
  • Fluency in Chinese, proficiency in English, particularly written.
  • Passion for and fundamental knowledge of the Chinese luxury industry and digital ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, basic data analysis ability.
  • Self-organised and strong interpersonal skills.
